Courses are designed for club members. Potential members are welcome on Induction courses - though temporary
membership at £8 per day is payable.

Induction
Saturdays 14th June; 5th July; 2nd Aug; 6th Sept; 4th Oct. 1000-1400.
Cost free to members. Temporary membership £8 for non members.
An introduction to the club, the roles of duty officers and a ‘paddlesport start’ course. A capsize/spraydeck drill will be offered for those who fancy a swim. Those attending should then be able to confidently join the regular summer Sunday afternoon club sessions.

White Water Intro
These courses are designed to give a more formal introduction to white water than attendance at White Water Fridays and provide a moving water introduction for 3* kayak aspirants. The course will consist of two x 2 ½ hour sessions with a max coach to pupil ratio of 1:4.

A chance to try out some longer boats and perhaps indulge in a little racing.

Intro to Slalom
A chance to learn some techniques before the Nene Slalom event. If there is enough interest we might try for an August white water Friday and have a session on the course.

Xstream challenge
Provisional Friday 25th July; Friday 1 Aug.
Costs Individuals £1 Teams (of three) £2.
A chance to set a time around a sprint course in the lagoon. Trophies to winners.
