Annual General Meeting and Prizegiving
The Annual General Meeting and Prizegiving will take place at the
Whitewater Centre on Saturday 19th October at 4:00 p.m.
There will be a Litter Pick from the Centre at 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m
followed by a Barbecue at 13:00 p.m then an afternoon of fun activities
on the water, prior to the AGM.
Full details will be announced later, on Facebook and the triplist.
The annual prizes will be presented after the AGM.
Will this year’s holders please return the prizes to the club store in the
next couple of weeks please.
They can be left on or in the cupboard at the back of the boatstore.
If you are unable to attend the AGM you can vote by post for the
members of the new committee. Postal voting slips can be downloaded
from the website or collected from the clubhouse after Saturday 28th
September (if an election is required).
Nominations are requested for Committee members for next year. They
should be forwarded to the Secretary with the names of the proposer
and a seconder.
