New to canoeing or the club?

Here's the info you will need to know...

We meet at set times through the year with many structured sessions as well as general paddling. please look in the sessions and information section for current dates and times of all sessions we run. any questions please feel free to contact us.

Come and try it:
The club runs monthly come and try it sessions on the river in the warmer months for those of you that have never paddled before. At these sessions you will be given basic instruction and the chance to try paddling the different club boats on offer. These sessions are open to all ages and abilities.

River Sessions
:
Sunday afternoons Spring through to autumn
At the Nene White water Centre in Northampton.
These sessions are aimed mainly at people with basic paddling skills but want a bit more practice on the flat water or just fancy a gentle paddle on the river nene, Aimed at 1 Star and above. For new members and those lacking experience in joining the trip a duty coach is available to coach.

Just turn up with light weight clothes, a windproof cag and shoes (We recommend non-members emailing prior to turning up to help us gauge numbers), we have a range of boats available for you to use.

Swimming Pool Session:
Friday 8.30pm - 10.00pm Through the winter months
At the Mounts Swimming Pool in Northampton.
All abilities of paddlers are welcome & suitable for new members.
Just turn up with your swimming kit (no booking required), we have a range of boats available for you to use. We meet in the car park at the back of the pool (off Robert Street) around 8.25pm there is plenty of parking round the back.
